- Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Shipping Addresses

BIGSHOT Fashion is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.

- We currently deliver throughout Bangladesh.
- International shipping is available only for selected countries and may require additional shipping charges, customs duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
Orders may be returned to BIGSHOT Fashion if:
- The customer cannot be reached after multiple delivery attempts.
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete.
- The customer refuses to accept the parcel.
- The parcel remains unclaimed.
If your order is returned to us for any of the above reasons, our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping returned orders.
