Refund policy

At BIGSHOT, we want you to be confident and satisfied with your purchase. Since we specialize in plus-size clothing, we understand that fit matters. Please read our Return & Exchange Policy carefully to understand how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


Return Timeframe

Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the product.
Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A product is eligible for return or exchange if:

  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The wrong size was delivered by BIGSHOT
  • The product has a manufacturing defect
  • The size does not fit the customer (see Size & Fit Policy below)

To be eligible:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Original tags, packaging, and invoice must be included

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


Size & Fit Policy (Important)

We do allow returns if the size does not fit.

If the size does not fit:

  • We will exchange the product with another available size of the same or different product.
  • If the required size is not available, the customer will receive a refund.

If the customer selected the wrong size:

  • Example: Customer ordered 4XL, received 4XL, but needs a different size
    👉 The return is accepted, but return shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Discounted & Offer Items

Discounted or offer items are returnable only for size-related issues.

  • If a suitable size is available → exchange will be provided
  • If no suitable size is available → refund will be issued
  • For any other reason, discounted items are exchange-only, no refund

Exchange Policy

  • Customers may exchange returned products with other available products
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Price differences (if any) will be adjusted during the exchange process

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • No suitable size is available for exchange
  • BIGSHOT delivered the wrong product or size
  • The product is defective and exchange is not possible

Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed via:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • If the issue is from BIGSHOT (wrong product, wrong size, defective item):
    👉 BIGSHOT will bear the return shipping cost
  • If the issue is from the customer (wrong size selection):
    👉 Customer must bear the return shipping cost

Return & Exchange Process

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact BIGSHOT within 7 days of delivery via:

  • WhatsApp
  • Facebook Message
  • Mobile phone call

2. Share your order number and clear photos/videos of the product

3. Our team will review and confirm eligibility

4. Return the product as instructed

5. Once received and inspected, we will process:

  • Exchange, or
  • Refund (if applicable)

Processing Time

Returned products take 2–3 working days to reach our warehouse

After inspection, if approved:

Exchange or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days


Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns if:

The product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Tags or original packaging are missing

The return request is made after 7 days

The issue is due to color variation from screen/display differences
